What Innova says:
The Thumtrac Birdie is the best "go-for" disc, and an excellent approach disc. It is a slow straight flyer with a deep rim like a traditional catch disc. It allows you to take a bold shot without worrying about the consequences. |

When i found out that innova was making a Birdie in their Pro line, i had to
have one; and when EVERY local disc, and sporting goods store got there new
disc inventory on the shelf, i was there. I normally won't even look at a
tie -die disc(mainly the price), but everybody got in tie-die pros. So i
bought one. It feels great! It flies true, like a Birdie should, and now
with the Pro line material, it has a stickier feel, for better release, and
i can use it on shorter par 3's and not have to worry about bashing it
against a tree. If it does hit one, the new material just bounces off. If
you like the birdie at very short distance's pick up a Pro line Birdie and
try teeing off with it, you won't be disappointed. Note: this one can be a
bit tricky in the wind, but a heavier version, should hlp remedy that
problem.
