I messed with this yesterday. I was getting ready results. The about 14 home in, my elbow was killing me. Then I started thinking about it and it's a lot like the grip I used a few years back that I had great results with but ended up really hurting my elbow. I think it comes from putting a lot of pressure on my pinky and rung finger instead of my middle. I still have my elbow brace, so I may try it some more with that, but I don't think it may be worth it.

If this is a grip for the young i'm screwed having already injured that area

Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.

I remember this grip being a little different than what you're showing here. I thought it looked a lot like a weird fan/power grip hybrid. Like he had the meat of his fingers wrapped around the rim but some of the finger pads were actually on the plate. It was like a vice grip, just bizarre. My short fingers have nightmares just thinking about replicating that grip.
Some discs of various sizes, weight, plastic and mold.

You may be right Dave. I was mainly trying to show his index finger placement.
