Yup it's domey like most that are in the closest store i have. And nigh unusable for me. Considering i have better performing discs and different needs.
Flat shots need running on the center line of the tee and planting each step on the center line. Anhyzer needs running from rear right to front left with the plant step hitting the ground to the left of the line you're running on. Hyzer is the mirror of that.

Joy! The wife just called and she's stopping by Pita Wrap to pick up Gyros for dinner. I requested no peppers.

ps I'm really curious about the Archon's ability to have some turn over in a tailwind. I'm currently throwing a beat Pro Wraith for this shot and I'm concerned it might be hard to replace if I lose it especially now that I'm changing my throw to incorporate more of a reachback... discs are going everywhere. Thanks

I was tempted by the Gyro On Wheels vendor at Memphis's Cooper Young street festival yesterday. Anyone here ever get sick from one of those Gyro roach coaches? I settled for a pronto pup, a funnel cake, and a Newcastle. I don't eat fried food very often and almost never eat festival fast food but I'm pretty sure that boiling oil will kill whatever aint right.

ps I caddied for a buddy at a tourney today and would have played myself this weekend but yesterday I had to find a replacement for my car that was hit from behind and totaled while parked overnight in front of my house. Anyway, I met a guy that had two CFR Archons. One was flat and orange and the other one I threw was the coolest swirly brown from Am Nationals with a huge round dome. Where do I start on describing how big a difference there was between the discs? BTW, better flat or domey?

I'm not particularly sure I would enjoy an echo star gyro. The recycled plastic would be vastly inferior to the usual lamb filling (and GTFO tomatoes)

Hello?? Anyone still eat Gyros?

ps I've ditched my Orcs for control drivers and decided to go newish Kenny star wraith for overstable, beat pro wraith for understable, and was thinking archon for stable. Do they feel similar in hand to wraiths and will it fit in the stable slot I'm trying to fill? If so, what should I ask for flat, domey, something in between, something else, or perhaps another mold that feels like a wraith? I'd rather not pound my newish Kenny into a tree 20+ times but if that's the best solution I've done it before. Thanks and no peppers on my Gyro please.

No, they are not stable. They are very reliably understable.

Am I the only one that doesn't like peppers on their Gyro? BTW, tomatoes didn't go down for a while, the texture is kind of like a over ripe plum and took me too long to overcome.

ps I can't say reliable when describing my beat silly pro wraiths, a little too much anny and they turn and burn. Domey or flat Archon is better or typical of "very reliably understable". Thanks

Ok, by reliably understable I mean it WILL turn. Whether you can keep that turn in the air will vary by user. I find them very usable (both CFR and Star) and I have seen some of the local guys with more form issues than me control them well also. I've also seen plenty of guys on here trashing them for being too flippy and lacking glide, so YMMV.

I'm on the verge of just making a 10 minute film of me eating tomatoes, just to annoy you.

I don't think you'd get the desired reaction. It'd be like you making a 10 minute video of you eating horse feces. Jokes on you, tomato eater.

I think that'd be exactly the reaction I desired.

I would laugh that someone filmed themselves eating tomatoes for 10 minutes.
