Looking for a coder or two for the DGR staff

Well, my friend got busy so I'm searching for someone to help code the revamped version of the DGR site that is in the works. I know a few people in the past have offered to help, but I do not recall offhand who it was and when.

What I am looking to accomplish with the revamp:

-Static HTML page names that will draw their content from a MySQL database.
-Automated review submission/update form with an "approve/reject" option for site admins.
-RSS feeds on the main page.
-Miscellaneous

This would be a volunteer position as I am not in a position to offer money as payment, but there are other benefits available.
