See that guy in the back? The one with the funky shirt? He's in the same team as the guys with the yellow shirts, that shirt just designates him as a wild card player, a "Joker", meaning he's either a badass hitter or a badass runner, and will be substituted if the situation gets tough.

I think this uniform used to be more common for the Jokers but they may have changed them to the more subdued one in the upper picture...

The Jokeri ones? Can only find one store on the net that currently sells them, they're something like $50 a piece though.
