Brad starts his throw with a leading step and his final 3 steps are a traditional X-step. This is at the beginning of his X-step as he gets his momentum moving forward.
Brad steps through with a very light cross-step that keeps his momentum moving forward as his hips and shoulders rotate closed.
At Brad's point of maximum reach back, his hips are rotated closed and his back is facing the target. His weight is over his back foot and he is ready to push off into his plant/pivot. Here he has the disc committed to an anhyzer angle.
Brad has planted his foot ~90 degrees from the target onto a bent knee and his hips are beginning to rotate open. This is as the beginning of his pull and the disc is close to his chest and his off arm close to his body.
Right after the hit, Brad's weight is over his pivot foot and his hips and shoulders have fully opened. His elbow is at maximum extension and his arm is continuing forward into the follow through.
As Brad enters his follow through he continues his pivot and his shoulders continue moving.
Brad continues with a strong follow-through and his upper body completes its rotation while he pivots on his plant foot.
Brad steps through pivot with his off leg.
