Deb starts her throw with a modified X-step. Deb's first step starts her orientation and throw rhythm.
Deb's cross-step occurs in front of her plant leg. Deb steps around her plant leg and uses this motion to pivot her back foot and begin her hip and shoulder rotation away from the target.
Deb throws with the bent elbow technique and here she is at her maximum elbow back position. Here Deb's hips and shoulders are rotated away from the target and her off arm is close to her body. Her weight is over her back foot ready for a push off into the plant/pivot.
Here Deb has planted her foot ~90 degrees from the target and she has started her hip and shoulder rotation open. The disc and her off arm are both close to her body and her weight has shifted forward.
At the hit, Deb's elbow is in the process of extending and she has entered her pivot. Her hips and shoulders are fully open and her weight is over her pivot foot.
Immediately after the hit, Deb's elbow has fully extended and she continues her pivot as she enters her follow-through.
Deb has a good follow-through as her upper body rotation continues after the release.
Deb has stepped through the pivot as her momentum continues forward at the end of her follow-through.
