Drive
Linda starts her throw with a leading step but her final 3 steps are a traditional X-step. This is at the first step in her X-step.
Linda uses a quick cross-step to get her momentum moving forward. At this point her hips and shoulders are rotated away from the target.
At Linda's point of maximum reach back, her shoulders and hips are fully closed and she is about to push off into her plant/pivot. She has the disc gripped in a nose down position and it is extended straight back on her pull line. Linda uses her off arm to aid in the closing of her shoulders.
Linda has planted her foot ~90 degrees from the target onto a bent knee and has started her hip rotation. Her off arm is now closer to her body and her shoulders are starting to rotate open with the disc on a straight pull line.
Immediately before the hit, Linda's weight is over her pivot foot and her hips and shoulders have opened up to the target. Her elbow is in the process of extending and she is pivoting on her plant foot.
Immediately after the hit, Linda's elbow has extended and her hips and shoulders are fully open as she enters her follow-through.
Linda has a strong follow-through and she continues her pivot as her upper body carries its momentum forward.
At the end of her follow-through, Linda's off leg has come forward as her rotation slows down.
